1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Products Available for Delivery
Our bakery products currently include:
- Plain Croissant
- Pain au Chocolat
As these are freshly baked food items, all orders are prepared and packed with care to maintain product quality as much as possible.
1.2 Delivery Area
We provide delivery based on the areas and conditions determined by the studio. Customers are encouraged to contact us in advance to confirm delivery availability, delivery fees, and delivery time slots before placing an order.
1.3 Preparation and Delivery Time
Orders are prepared according to our baking schedule and delivery rounds.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

- the order quantity
- the delivery location
- traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
We will do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

2. Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
2.1 Fresh Bakery Products
Due to the nature of baked goods as perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered, except in cases where:
- the customer receives the wrong item
- the item is incomplete
- the product is significantly damaged upon arrival
- the issue is caused directly by the studio
2.2 Order Cancellation
Customers may request an order cancellation before the order has been prepared or processed.
Once preparation has started, we reserve the right to decline cancellation requests, especially for made-to-order or freshly baked items.
2.3 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:
- the item cannot be fulfilled by the studio
- the wrong item was delivered
- the product arrives in an unacceptable condition due to an issue caused by the studio
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
2.4 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- the customer provided an incorrect delivery address or phone number
- the recipient was unavailable to receive the order
- the customer changed their mind after the order was prepared
- delays were caused by external delivery conditions beyond the studio’s control, unless otherwise agreed by the studio
3. Online Course Policy

Once payment is completed, customers will receive access to the online course according to the delivery format specified by the studio, such as downloadable content, streaming access, or private learning access.
